Hello! I'm Janee Toutjian, Certified ACE Personal Trainer and TRX trainer. I am passionate about helping women change their lives by leading a healthy lifestyle.
I believe living a healthy lifestyle involves two critical components-- mental and physical. My aim is to help you to discover where you may be imbalanced and then to create an individualized training program tailored to exactly what you are hoping to achieve. 
My philosophy is simple, to create long term success, one must take things one step at a time and one rep at a time. If you trust the process, respect the process and enjoy the process, you will see results from the inside out in no time!
